These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all sales by Blu-Sub Mechatronics (BluSphere Innovations Inc.), including orders placed directly by end customers via our website, B2B purchases, and distributor purchases, unless Blu-Sub expressly agrees in writing to different terms for a specific transaction.

The Terms apply worldwide (all destinations/regions) and to transactions in any currency. Where local mandatory consumer laws apply, those laws apply only to the extent they cannot be excluded.
