  • Your Blu-Sub customer account record and standard store metadata (e.g., account creation date)

You may request deletion of your Facebook-linked customer account and associated personal data by contacting us:

  • Email: contact@blu-sub.com with subject line “Facebook Data Deletion”

  • Include: your full name, the email linked to your Facebook account, and (if available) your order number(s)

✅ Identity verification

  • For security, we may request email confirmation or additional information to verify ownership of the account before processing the request.

⏱️ Processing time

  • We aim to complete deletion within 7 business days from verifying your identity. You will receive a confirmation once completed.


📥 What will be deleted

  • Your Blu-Sub customer account associated with Facebook Login

  • Stored Facebook identifiers and OAuth tokens related to sign-in

  • Personal profile data held by us that is not required for legal or operational compliance

📚 What may be retained (legal/operational)

  • Transaction records, invoices, tax documentation, fraud-prevention logs, and accounting entries, which we are required to keep under applicable laws

  • Minimal records necessary to honor warranty/return obligations or resolve disputes

Retained data is limited to what is required and will be kept only for the period mandated by law or legitimate business needs.


🔁 Effects of deletion

  • You will no longer be able to sign in with Facebook to your Blu-Sub account.

  • Any saved preferences, wishlists, or account-level settings will be removed.

🤝 Third-party services

We operate our store on platforms and services including Shopify and Meta (Facebook). Your request will be applied across our systems and, where applicable, forwarded or mirrored to our processors consistent with their policies.
