Blu-Sub Robotics – Warranty & After-Sales Policy

Blu-Sub Robotics, a brand of Blu-Sphere Innovations Inc., is committed to delivering reliable, high-performance products for subsea applications. All universal products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

✅ Warranty Coverage:

  • Covers primary performance failures resulting from manufacturing defects.

  • Applies to universal products returned within 12 months for technical inspection and verification.

  • Upon confirmation, Blu-Sub Robotics will provide free repair or replacement of the faulty component.

❌ Exclusions – Not Covered Under Warranty:

  • Consumables and wear-and-tear items such as the Scratch-Proof wrench tool, cables, adhesives, and other consumables.

  • Structural damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or forceful impact.

  • Failures caused by user error, including incorrect installation, improper use, or operation beyond rated limits.

  • Labor or assembly costs incurred by the customer or any third party.

  • Shipping costs for returning the item to us and for sending the repaired or replacement item back to the customer.

⚠️ Examples of Improper Use (Not Covered):

  • Incorrect gluing/sealing methods

  • Operating beyond pressure depth ratings

  • Exceeding specified electrical limits (voltage/current)

  • Improper or careless installation not following provided guidelines

Such cases void the warranty. Paid repair services may be offered, subject to feasibility and assessment.

📦 Missing or Damaged Items Upon Delivery:

If an item arrives incomplete or damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photo or unboxing evidence.

  • Verified claims will be resolved with a free replacement of missing or damaged parts.

🙅 Unreasonable Warranty Requests:

Blu-Sub Robotics reserves the right to decline coverage in cases including:

  • Requests for replacement of items lost by the customer

  • Damage due to improper use, negligence, or unauthorized repair

  • Situations involving irreparable damage from customer error

We will clearly communicate the reason for denial and may offer replacement parts for purchase when appropriate.

⚠️ Disclaimer of Liability

Blu-Sub Robotics products are not intended for use in human-occupied vessels, life-support systems, or any application involving human safety or direct exposure to risk. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Manned submersibles

  • Diving equipment

  • Crewed marine vessels

By purchasing and using Blu-Sub Robotics products, the user acknowledges and agrees that Blu-Sphere Innovations Inc. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Damage to third-party systems or components caused by failure or misuse

  • Bodily harm or personal injury

  • Property damage

  • Business interruption, data loss, or financial loss arising from failure or improper use

Use of Blu-Sub Robotics products beyond their specified limits or in unauthorized or unsafe applications is entirely at the user's own risk.
