Deep-Sea Cable Connectors – M10 Bulkheads are pre-assembled, panel-mount connectors featuring potted internal wiring and sealed housings for long-term underwater deployment. Available in 3-pin and 6-pin variants, they come pre-wired with UL1332 conductors (16 AWG or 16 AWG + 24 AWG) and marine-grade epoxy sealing for direct installation with no internal assembly required.
The hard-anodized aluminum body includes integrated o-rings, a threaded mounting shaft, and locking hardware for secure bulkhead installation. Wiring follows a standardized color code to match compatible male connectors, and the sealing system is designed to maintain waterproofing when mated or capped.
These bulkheads are specifically designed to mate with Deep-Sea Cable Connectors – Female Sockets & Male Plugs and are sealed when not in use using Deep-Sea Cable Connectors – Dummy Sealing Caps.

What are dry mate connections, and how do they apply to the bulkhead?
Dry mate means the connection must be made in air — not underwater. To ensure waterproofing, the M10 bulkhead must be fully mated with a Deep-Sea Cable Connectors – Male Plug or Male Dummy Sealing Cap before submersion.
